Exchange & returns
At Amstel Art Tiles, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Not completely satisfied with your tile(s)? You can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. Always follow the steps below first.
Return or exchange process
1. Fill in the return form
Do you want to return or exchange an item? Always fill out the return form first. Send the form to info@amstelarttiles.nl
2. Receive instructions
After receiving your return form, we will contact you within 2 working days with further instructions and the return address.
3. Return the product
Package the tile(s) well, preferably in the original packaging, and send the package back according to our instructions.
Please note: The costs and risk of the return shipment are for your own account.
4. Confirmation & refund
After receipt and inspection of the product, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 7 days, or we will send the new product in case of an exchange.
Return & exchange conditions
- You can return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
- The tile(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Please note: Personalized or custom-made tiles cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a printing or production error.
- Damaged or incorrect delivery? Fill in the return form immediately and add clear photos.
