How can I order a tile?
You can easily order your favorite tile via our Shopify webshop. You can also send us a DM via Instagram (@amstelarttiles) with your question or order.

Can I have a personalized tile made?
Absolutely! We also make custom tiles with your own text or idea. Send us a message via Instagram or use the form on our webshop.

What is the delivery time?
Standard tiles are shipped within 2-3 business days. For personalized tiles, the delivery time is 4-5 business days.

Product Information

How big are the tiles?
Our standard tiles are 15x15 cm. Other sizes are possible on request.

What material are the tiles made of?
We use high-quality ceramic tiles, printed with durable transfer technology for a long lifespan.

Are the tiles heat and water resistant?
Yes, our tiles are suitable for indoor use and resistant to heat and moisture. We advise against prolonged outdoor use.

Prices & Payment

How can I pay?
Via Shopify, you can securely pay with iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, and other popular payment methods. If you order via Instagram, you will receive a payment request via Tikkie or iDEAL.

 

Shipping & Returns

Do you also ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we ship within Europe. Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the webshop or agreed upon via DM.

Can I return my order?
Standard tiles can be returned within 30 days (if undamaged). Custom tiles cannot be returned unless there is an error on our part.
